When is YummyLunch available?

The YummyLunch Menu is available for orders every Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

What time is the last order?

The last order is at 10:30am daily. E.g. If you place an order on 10th December, the last order is at 10:30am on 10th December.

How do I receive my YummyLunch order?

Simply head down to your nearest YummyStops located at UOB Plaza, Asia Square Tower 1, One Raffles Quay, MBFC Tower 3, Solaris and Neuros near the taxi stands. Our friendly YummyCrew will be there with your lunch, recognisable in our bright orange polo tee.

Are there any discounts or promotions?

Order your lunch at least a day in advance and enjoy 20% off! It is our way of saying thank you for your efforts in joining us to bring food wastage to a minimum.

How do I pay?

Payment is accepted via credit card only at the moment.

Why should I try YummyLunch?

By dining with YummyLunch, you’re supporting a local initiative where we preserve the home cooking heritage together. You also get a wholesome heartwarming lunch to get your day going at work. How awesome is that?

I need to cancel my order

Refunds will be processed for cancellations made by 12 noon on the day before collection. You can cancel your order through our mobile app or website and refunds will be issued in the form of credits. These credits can only be used for YummyLunch orders and valid for 30 days from the date it is credited into your account.

I’m unable to collect my order in person

We strongly encourage to arrange for someone to collect the order on your behalf in such situations. Your collection representative simply have to inform our YummyCrew of the order number.

Will the YummyCrew wait for me if I’m running late to collect my lunch?

The collection timings at YummyStops are at 12:00pm and 12:30pm. Our YummyCrew will wait up till 30 minutes at each time slot respectively for you to collect your order. The YummyCrew will call you 5 minutes before leaving the YummyStop. In the event that you do not pick up the call or are unable to pick up your order at the timing you have selected, there will be no refund provided.

Who are the YummyChefs?

Our YummyChefs come from all walks of life from working adults, stay-home parent to retirees. The YummyBank Team meets each YummyChef to get to know them and their food better to ensure that you will have a pleasant YummyBank experience.

I have dietary restrictions, how can I clarify the ingredients in the food?

The YummyChefs would have indicated some of their ingredients in the description. For more information, you may clarify with them through the web chat.

How do I receive my order?

YummyFriends can collect their order either by meeting up with the YummyChef or opt for a delivery.

What if the YummyChef is unable to fulfil my order after payment is made?

In rare cases where this happens, you will receive a full credit card refund.
